About the role Develop and implement change management plans that ensure expected benefits are realised. Conduct effective change impact assessments, readiness assessments, and stakeholder analysis. Undertake current state analysis and identify change deliverables required to successfully transition to future state. Contribute to the development of training and communication plans. Manage stakeholder relationships. About you Demonstrated experience working in Change Management roles delivering end to end change. Change management certification (such as Prosci) desirable. Proven experience in managing stakeholders. Able to work in an agile working environment.
