Area Sales Representative  As a Area Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include: Providing technical sales solutions across a broad range of businesses. Liaising with engineers, maintenance representatives, consultants, end-users, contractors, resellers, etc. Developing and expanding customer leads through various channels, including cold calling, client visits, phone calls, and emails. Expediting the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction. Supplying management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. Achieving agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Coordinating sales efforts with team members and other departments. Analysing territory/market potential, tracking sales, and status reports. Increasing total sales across all designated territories and meeting ongoing growth targets. Providing input and managing sales budgets. Proposing sales and marketing ideas and organising internal and external marketing activities. Being knowledgeable about products and services. Maintaining the CRM database and recording all sales and marketing activities. Qualifying and setting up new customers. Liaising with distributors and their customers. Implementing new product marketing activities. Requirements: Proven experience in sales, customer relationship management, or a related field. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
