We are the largest Geotechnical company located west of Sydney and regularly work on projects throughout NSW, Sydney Metro, Queensland and Victoria.  Currently we have teams working throughout Australia on short and long term projects and are able to offer our professional staff and services on projects further afield. About the role: We are currently seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join our team for a full time 6-month maternity leave contract. This temporary role may lead to further opportunity for employment. The Administration Assistant role offers a range administrative support and coordination of daily activities for management and the rest of the team.    Duties will include:  (but not limited to:) General Administration Duties. Data entry. Invoicing. Filing. Skills and experience required: Previous administration experience. Strong level of Microsoft Office, Word Excel and Outlook. High level of communication, both written and verbal. The ability to work independently but also in a team. Must be flexible and be able to adapt to a changing and dynamic work environment.
