Intermediate/advanced Rigger - Newcastle Region

Our Industrial and Energy business has a rare opportunity for Intermediate/Advanced Riggers to support with ongoing maintenance, shutdowns, and project work at and around the Port of Newcastle .

Downer currently holds contracts in the Manufacturing, Coal & Produce Distributions, & Power Generation Sectors in the Hunter Region and is looking to expand its footprint in these areas.

ABOUT YOU

• Minimum qualification of an Intermediate Rigger ticket with previous industry experience
• Hold an industry White Card and current Confined Space & Working at Heights tickets
• Commitment to the safety and well-being of yourself and your colleagues
• Good communication skills, strong work ethic, and be able to work well as part of a team
• HRWL, Forklift & EWP Highly desirable
• An ability to commit to being available for some shift work, on-call, overtime, and weekend work.
