Tanker Driver

The Role We currently have an opportunity for an experienced MC (Multi Combination) / HC (Heavy Combination) driver to work out of our Deer Park site. Our working roster is five and a half days per week with set start and finish times. We currently have day shift positions available. You will be responsible for the loading and delivery of raw materials to multiple sites across the Melbourne metro area. If you have a minimum of 12 months experience driving a multi/heavy combination vehicle, we will train you in all areas required to become a competent raw material tipper/bulk tanker driver. Responsibilities Maintain safety compliance Comply with Chain of Responsibility (CoR), fatigue management and mass management Load & deliver raw materials Complete basic documentation Maintain professional customer relationships Maintain the vehicle in a clean and tidy condition Undertake general yard duties and plant housekeeping What you will need to succeed Current MC/HC licence as a minimum Previous tipper or tanker experience will be seen as beneficial Relevant building/concrete industry experience is desirable however full training will be provided A strong commitment to health and safety A reliable team player attitude with a focus on customer service Flexibility to work in a small team environment and assist with other duties as required Our business Central Pre-Mix Concrete is an integrated concrete and aggregate operation.
