Job Overview: Join our team as a Customer Service Representative in our manufacturing company, where you'll oversee administrative tasks and ensure a seamless customer experience. You'll lead the Customer Service Team, refine order entry processes, and uphold key performance indicators (KPIs) to guarantee customer satisfaction in every interaction. Skills & Experience: Customer Service/Office Management: Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or office management roles within a manufacturing environment. Problem-Solving and Leadership: Strong problem-solving skills, leadership capabilities, and a keen business acumen, with an understanding of manufacturing processes. Proficiency in Office Tools: Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are required to effectively manage data and communicate insights, tailored to manufacturing workflows. Exceptional Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure, especially in a manufacturing context. Process Orientation: Demonstrated energy, drive, and a strong orientation towards process optimization and improvement, with an understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows.
