To Be Successful We Are Looking For The Following Strong customer service skills with experience in a fast-paced environment (contact centre, retail, or hospitality). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and passionate about giving excellent customer service. The desire to build a career in financial services The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships, both internally as well as externally Organizational and time management skills A strong aptitude to analyse and solve problems Prior banking or finance related experiences highly regarded To ensure success, we are seeking detail-oriented professionals who have a passion for customer service, professionals who can work both autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment.

Being the first point of contact for queries from new and existing customers

Management of customer profiles, enrolments on the CRM.

Salary : $52,934.00 - $55,412.00 per year
