Firecorp is a reputable Building Services provider offering professional Building service to many public and Private Sector agencies.r> We are currently looking to recruit experienced Qualified Trades personnel to inspect Vacant and Tenanted Houses and Units, report on the condition and list the processes required to get the dwelling to a specified standard.e are seeking individuals who have the ability to identify issues in the property that requires attention.br> This position would suit a tradesperson who is looking to move away from the labour side of Building Industry and use their knowledge to make a living through property inspections.he Properties required to be inspected are located across various Sydney Metropolitan Areas.ach chosen personnel will be allocated propertiesfor inspection in the agreed areas.r> Applicants will need to hold one of the following qualifications or equivalent TAFE Diploma in Building and Construction or Building Design TAFE Certificate IV in Building and Construction or Building Design Current " Builders License" or " Tradesperson License", and/or Degree in Architecture, Engineering Civil or Structural, Building and Construction, or Building Surveying Demonstrated minimum five 5 years' experience in the building industry.r> Ability to use IPAD.PAD will be provided.r>
