Your responsibility will be driving clinical excellence and client outcomes to optimise performance outcomes, while also focusing increasing technical proficiency among our clinicians. You will develop and deliver quality clinical content through workshops, seminars and training to develop our clinical staff, graduates and support staff. This is an important role with a good variety of responsibilities including regular visits to clinics throughout the network. This role is dynamic and through your career at Audika you will be involved in projects offering you growth and new challenges. We are looking for a clinicians based in NSW . This is a dual role the successful candidate will work a 0.9 FTE as a clinical trainer role and a 0.1 FTE as a clinician. Responsibilities: Operating Model Adoption: You will play a vital role in upholding and promoting our brand standards. Specifically, you will champion the "All The Right Things" (ATRT) principles, clinical processes, and sales procedures that define our brand. Consistency in brand representation is essential, and you will work diligently to ensure that all training materials and interactions align with ATRT standards. By fostering ATRT excellence among our clinicians and staff, you will contribute to our continued success of the business. Training: As the Clinical Trainer, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of comprehensive training programs. These programs will cover a range of critical areas, including clinical best practices, effective sales techniques, in-depth product knowledge, and the proficient use of essential equipment. You'll play a pivotal role in evaluating the effectiveness of these training initiatives, making adjustments and improvements as necessary to maintain the highest quality of education within the organization. Your expertise and support will empower our clinical team to excel in their roles and deliver exceptional service.  Commercial Success: Your role extends beyond initial training, in collaboration with managers you will work closely with clinicians to assist them in achieving and surpassing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through understanding and analysing the sales funnel and provide the right course of action in lifting performance and/or correcting behaviour.            Industry Expertise: As the industry expert within our organization, you will remain at the forefront of industry developments. It will be your responsibility to stay well-informed about clinical best practices, research, new products, and equipment. This knowledge will not only inform your training programs but also ensure that our organization maintains the highest standards of clinical excellence. Your ability to adapt to emerging trends and technologies will be a critical asset in maintaining our competitive edge in the industry. Clinician Support: In this position, you will be a support resource for our Clinicians. You will provide expert guidance and support via phone, email and online chats regarding clinical best practices, effective sales techniques, products, equipment etc. Your role will play a crucial part in enhancing the overall client experience and maintaining our commitment to excellence in audiological services. Collaboration and Initiative: Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work proactively and positively with key stakeholders. Together, you will develop and deliver training on new initiatives as they arise, ensuring that our staff are continually equipped with the latest knowledge and skills. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for improvement in our training processes and materials, promoting a culture of ongoing learning and development. Your proactive approach will be instrumental in maintaining Audika’s commitment to excellence in training and development. You will be successful in this role if you have: Qualifications: Master of Audiology or equivalent (essential) A valid QP number (essential) Post graduate qualifications (desired) Certificate IV in Training (desired) Experience (The minimum amount of experience required to perform in the role) Minimum 5 years’ experience as a clinician (desired) Minimum 2 years’ experience in Training (desired) Competencies: Adult Learning: Proficient in delivering and developing adult learning training, both in group settings and one-on-one to optimal business outcomes. Clinical Practice Leader: Sets a strong example through clinical practice leadership. Troubleshooting Expert: Seasoned clinician with expertise in troubleshooting hearing device issues encountered by clinicians. Product Strategy and Sales Capability: Proven track record of aligning product selection with increased Average Selling Price (ASP), revenue growth, and higher unit sales. Relationship Building: Demonstrates a talent for cultivating effective working relationships with senior managers.
