The Opportunity

The Measure and Quote Manager is responsible for leading the Technical Sales Team within Glazing Services. This role requires the technical knowledge to assess the market challenges, on the ground impacts, and customer value. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Providing leadership to the Technical Sales team, by setting clear direction, provided coaching and maintaining high levels of accountability
  • Taking ownership of key projects
  • Work collaboratively with the operations teams, to ensure strong and dynamic partnerships
  • Develop an nurture key customer relationships
  • Provides oversight of the overall performance of technical sales
  • This position can be NSW, QLD or VIC based
