Scheduling Analyst

UGL’s Utilities Projects business is looking for experienced Scheduling Analysts (multiple roles) to join our Endeavour Energy Alliance team in Huntingwood, NSW.

Reporting to the Manager Projects and Programs - this role is responsible for the development, administration and reporting of project schedules.

About the Role

  • Develop, maintain and implement scheduling standards (for MSP schedules) to drive consistency in project schedule structures, reporting and governance
  • Develop, maintain and implement standard MSP schedule templates
  • Establish and facilitate assurance of over 200 project schedules to ensure compliance to the scheduling standards
  • Maintain a Master project/program schedule for all active schedules.
  • Identify and map Portfolio interdependencies to inform decision making and track impacts across the Portfolio
  • Develop metrics to measure schedule maturity and performance
  • Review schedule impacts associated with resource conflicts, milestone tracking and contract EOT claims
  • Train and mentor project managers in the use of Microsoft Project (Desktop and Online), and project schedule management processes.
  • Report on the schedule, expenditure and resource forecasts.
  • Provide ad-hoc report development services to project delivery teams.

About You

  • Extensive experience in planning/scheduling (preferably from a construction/engineering project environment).
  • Demonstrated experience in the timely and accurate processing of schedule updates and in analysing the impact of delays and major schedule changes.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Project scheduling software.
