As a Peoplesoft Architect Senior Manager You will be the technical authority responsible for designing, implementing, and optimising PeopleSoft solutions within our Client environments. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, define system architectures, and provide expert guidance on PeopleSoft best practices. Lead the technical implementation of PeopleSoft solutions, including system configuration, customisation, and integration. Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and other IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Develop architectural blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications for PeopleSoft implementations, upgrades, and integrations. Stay updated on the latest PeopleSoft releases, patches, and enhancements, and assess their applicability to the our Client organisations. Conduct performance tuning activities, including database optimisation, query optimisation, and system tuning, to improve system responsiveness and throughput. Design robust and scalable PeopleSoft architectures that align with business objectives and requirements Enough about us, let’s talk about you. You will have: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, advanced degree or certification in Peoplesoft is a plus Proven experience (8+years) as a Peoplesoft Architect or similar role, with a focus on designing and implementing Peoplesoft solutions. In-depth knowledge of Peoplesoft applications, architecture, tools and technologies. Strong understanding of relational databases, SQL, and database design principles. Experience with PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Designer, Integration Broker, and other Peoplesoft development tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically. Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
