About the Role: As an integral part of the in-house digital marketing division, working closely with the creative team, divisional marketing & ecommerce teams and the customer insights team, the Paid Social & Content  Lead is responsible for supporting the successful delivery, implementation and post analysis of the paid social campaigns. Your key responsibilities will include  the following:   The overarching paid social strategy across always on, marketing campaigns, trade events, performance and ad hoc activity. Build, implement and optimise campaigns across digital marketing channels including but not limited to Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube & Display in line with the digital marketing strategy and plans. Be a thought provider and contribute to divisional digital marketing strategies with the Digital Marketing Manager. Pitching new tactics to the divisional teams to achieve specific objectives. Post-campaign reporting and analysis including presenting results to divisional teams. Briefing creative: close collaboration with the creative team & divisional marketing teams to ensure creative elements are fit for purpose. Work with Digital Co-Ordinator to coordinate assets from brand divisional teams when required. Including Co-op, brand campaign & key promotions (e.g. Sale events, Back to School) Educating the broader business on paid social best practices. Support the Digital Marketing Manager and PM resource on any SEM, affiliates or partnership requirements. Ensure campaigns are regularly reviewed in-flight and changes are effectively made and communicated to ensure we are meeting key KPI’s and objectives. Work with key stakeholders across various departments to set up kick-off briefing, planning, and check-in meetings to discuss new and ongoing projects and ensure regular schedule updates are distributed. Support the broader Digital Marketing team in ad hoc digital marketing activities and initiatives across paid channels as needed. Maintain excellent working relationships with Marketing, eCommerce and Creative Teams. Invoicing, reporting and admin support for the division. To be successful you will ideally have the following: Demonstrated relevant experience in digital marketing, eCommerce or marketing management Understanding of the eCommerce environment and ways to optimise the online customer experience Experience in using Meta Ads manager and/or equivalent ad platforms Degree or equivalent qualification (Business, Retail or Marketing is preferred) Proven experience in Digital Marketing, from planning to implementation and reporting across paid social platforms specifically.
