6 months contract role with possible extension. Daily pay rate up to $545/day plus Super. Hybrid work arrangement (WFH + Sydney office). PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: You will coordinate communications and manage digital media channels. Support the implementation and ongoing utilisation of new contracts and initiatives and build awareness and compliance with policies and processes.    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Develop and implement communications plans and campaigns for operational communications and current and new initiatives. Write and distribute a wide range of communications, including newsletters, information bulletins, and corporate materials. Support the design and implementation of relevant intranet and internet sites and manage and update their content. Plan, develop and publish a stream of regular content updates for relevant social and digital media channels. Maintain and update information on communications policies and processes on the internet and in relevant manuals, documents, and templates. Build and maintain the consistent application brand identity and key messaging across all communications. Manage and maintain relevant communication processes and guidelines. Coordinating a high volume of ad hoc requests for communications support while maintaining a program of scheduled communications and publications. Ensuring that messages are articulated clearly to build high levels of awareness around policies and activities. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: 3+ years of experience in communications would be highly desirable. A good understanding of social media channels. Working knowledge of Smartsheets, Salesforce, Power BI, Website analytics, Adobe Suite, and website content management system would be ideal.
