This also includes the general presentations of the car parks and providing 3-dimensional (face-to-face, phone and online) customer service. As this role requires driving, you MUST be comfortable driving manual cars, and have a full Australian driver's licence.ProfileOur ideal applicants will have:- Previous customer service experience (ideally in retail, hospitality or other service industries)- A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service and "can-do" attitude- Full Australian drivers licence and a clean driving record (must be comfortable to drive a manual)- Ability to work in a standing position for hours at a time- Accountability and personal integrity are essential as the nature of the position allows access to a client's personal and private information- Ability to multitask and tend to several customers at once- Organisational skills are necessary to quickly recall the location of vehicles and their appropriate keys- Excellent computer literacy- Immaculate personal presentation and effective communication skills- Flexibility to work a 24-hours rotating roster (you must be available atleast 2 days during the week)Job OfferIf you are interested in this opportunity click on apply and submit your resume today as interviews will commence immediately.
