ABOUT THE ROLE  Our Mental Health services support hundreds of people each year throughout many New South Wales communities. As a Community Support Worker your role is to provide psychosocial rehabilitation for people who are living with a mental illness. By identifying appropriate supports, you will help transition clients toward recovery, independent living and re-integration into their community. Demonstrated understanding of a person-centred approach. Ability to follow established support work practices. Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to connect with clients. Ability to follow individual support plans.
