As our Compliance and Assurance Lead, you will be at the forefront of delivering effective Line 1 compliance and assurance programs. Your responsibilities include: Reporting and Analytics: Collating, analysing, and presenting compliance-related data to stakeholders. Identifying actions and solutions to support compliance obligations. Assessing incidents, causal factors, and material impacts. Monitoring, reporting, and recommending responses to issues and breaches. Continuous Improvement: Identifying and actioning improvement opportunities within Sales & Member Service. Coordinating Risk & Compliance Enhancement Programs. Upskilling leaders and team members in meeting regulatory requirements. Communication: Adapting information for different audiences. Promoting a culture of risk awareness and compliance. Preparing executive management reports and presenting risk trends. Qualifications / Education: Tertiary qualifications or equivalent in Insurance, Risk Management, Commerce, Business (desirable). ASIC Tier 2 PS-146 qualified (desirable). What We're Looking For: Experience in the finance or insurance industry. Familiarity with risk and compliance management standards. Quality Assurance experience in a Call Centre environment (desirable). Leadership and coaching experience (desirable). Demonstrated experience in a similar role. Key Skills and Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
