We're looking for a dynamic and talented individual to join our Quality Management team and be an essential part of our Sales and Member Service leadership team. As our Compliance and Assurance Lead, you will be at the forefront of delivering effective Line 1 compliance and assurance programs. Your responsibilities include: Reporting and Analytics: Collating, analysing, and presenting compliance-related data to stakeholders. Identifying actions and solutions to support compliance obligations. Assessing incidents, causal factors, and material impacts. Monitoring, reporting, and recommending responses to issues and breaches. Continuous Improvement: Identifying and actioning improvement opportunities within Sales & Member Service. Coordinating Risk & Compliance Enhancement Programs. Upskilling leaders and team members in meeting regulatory requirements. Communication: Adapting information for different audiences. Promoting a culture of risk awareness and compliance. Preparing executive management reports and presenting risk trends. Qualifications / Education: Tertiary qualifications or equivalent in Insurance, Risk Management, Commerce, Business (desirable). ASIC Tier 2 PS-146 qualified (desirable). What We're Looking For: Experience in the finance or insurance industry. Familiarity with risk and compliance management standards. Quality Assurance experience in a Call Centre environment (desirable). Leadership and coaching experience (desirable). Demonstrated experience in a similar role. Key Skills and Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Excellent presentation and facilitation skills. Relationship-building and collaboration abilities. Initiative and a continuous improvement mindset. Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
