In addition, you will provide administrative support for the legislative and voluntary Interlock programs. Responsibilities will include: • Respond to all Interlock internal/external customer enquiries • Schedule customer appointments for installation & service across interlock workshops nationally • Assist with the timely collection of customer debt to ensure that accounts are kept up to date • Manage client files, ensure they are current and accurate in line with contractual obligations • Ensure data entry of customer information is completed in a timely manner • Assist in the invoicing of the Dräger Interlock Service Workshops • Grow and maintain program knowledge for all interlock programs • Provide relevant feedback to the Interlock Customer Support Supervisor so that information can be disseminated  • Fostering a culture of safety first, perform all activities with safety as a priority; following OH&S standards. What are we looking for? The candidate for this role will ideally have: • Successful completion of high school (Year 10 or equivalent) • Certificate III in administration/customer service an advantage but not essential • Prior experience in a customer service role within an office/professional environment • Prior experience handling difficult customers • Intermediate computer skills – Microsoft Windows applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Strong telephone/interpersonal skills to build rapport and identify needs from customers including managing calls from difficult customers  • Ability to work under pressure to process high volumes of work and meet deadlines • Attention to detail to ensure accurate record keeping • Professional written communication skills What’s in it for you?
