You will be executing a focused "land and expand" strategy within Enterprise accounts that we have a small entry point and initial footprint.What is Cool About This JobIn this role, you will be connecting with Director and VP-level marketing and IT professionals to demonstrate the value of WP Engine and how our outstanding solution can meet their business needs!The Day to DayBuild a pipeline through cold-calls, marketing leads, executive introductions, or your own network.Work independently to explain the value of WP Engine's product to prospective customers but know when to pull in others to provide additional transparency.Follow our sales process to close deals but understand it's essential to keep updated.Accurately setting up and running application demos, easily write quotes, proposals, and SOW's.Understand when to bring in Management and/or Sales Engineers when closing a deal.Negotiate and know what it takes to close the deal.Provide sales reports to management and executives on a regular basis. Your Expertise and PassionAbility to generate, qualify and execute on opportunities in order to exceed revenue targets.2-4 years of direct sales experience with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding assigned individual quota.Shown ability to articulate a vision that resonates with WP Engine customers and demonstrates value.Use two way discovery to uncover customer need and matches solutions to that need.Build a trusted and long lasting relationship with multiple customer executives and positions WP Engine as a strategic advisor.Bring a strong understanding of business practices, industry trends and competitors to each sales cycle.You should be dynamic, hungry, and drive business development within your territory.Demonstrate passion and energy when interacting with customers and with cross functional teams.Able to lead multiple decision makers and complex sales engagements.Consistently build and balance an effective pipeline while communicating dedicatedly with leadership throughout each phase of the sales process.Effectively craft and articulate return on investment in the negotiation process to bring the utmost value to our customers and the business.Australia Perks and BenefitsCompany Stock Options (Every employee is an owner in the company)Superannuation ProgramEmployee Assistance ProgramSupplemental Maternity & Paternity PayGenerous Vacation Time (Who doesn’t like time off)One-time $745 AUS Home Office StipendCompany Wellness DaysAt WP Engine, we strive to have the broadest possible view of diversity, going beyond visible differences to include the background, experiences, skills, and perspectives that make each person unique.
