Job Description About the opportunity… As part of a high performing and collaborative Business Development team, you will represent the entire range of ELMO Products, offering strategic solutions in the market. Your focus will be on developing and growing new business opportunities for our extensive suite of HR & Payroll software solutions with lower mid-market clients in either Sydney or Melbourne! Working autonomously to meet your quarterly revenue quota, but supported by dedicated Lead Generation and Solutions Consulting teams, you will manage the entire sales process; prospecting, demonstrations, proposals and closing the deal. Desired Skills and Experience At least 2 years experience in B2B software sales to clients with at least 50-2000 employees Impeccable communication skills Self starter with a strong ability to prospect for new business via relevant channels Strong understanding of the software/technology sales cycle Extremely motivated to earn a high income Keen to be part of a fast-growing HR tech company who will embrace and thrive in the fast paced sales environment Knowledge of information Security and Data Integrity Standards and Protocols.
