Our Home Health program delivers in-home support services to our aged care customers to help them live independently, supported and empowered, within their own homes and communities. We are currently recruiting care staff for Western Sydney -  Constitution Hill, Dundas, Auburn, Granville, Toongabbie, Carlingford, Greystanes, Granville,  Pendle Hill,  Holroyd South, Harris Park, Merrylands, Mays Hill, Ermington, Northmead, North Parramatta, Pemulwuy, Parramatta, Oatlands, Lidcombe, Wentworthville South, Rosehill, Rydalmere, Newington, Westmead   and surrounding areas. What’s On Offer   Permanent Part-time  or Casual contracts are available depending on your location and availability to work Earn from  $28.01 to $31.38 per hour plus super based on your experience  Travel Allowance  of $0.92 per KM PLUS  paid travel time Stable roster & opportunity to work extra hours based on business needs Smartphone and Uniform  – ready when you join us A fully supported and paid Induction program   Become Cert III qualified  in Individual Support (Aged Care) all fees paid (for eligible employees) Fitness Passport - a discounted gym membership program (for eligible employees and their families) Your New Role Help at Home: such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation etc. Transportation and Personal Care: Experienced staff assist customers with appointments, shopping, social outings, showering, toileting, feeding etc. Client Awareness: Building relationships with clients and their families, conducting client observations with ongoing support and training Safety Practices: Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our customers safe Key Requirements Current Australian Driver’s License and ownership of a reliable comprehensively insured vehicle Flexibility and availability to work rosters between Monday to Friday All Australian Unity Employees must be fully vaccinated for COVID19 with a minimum of 2 doses Proficiency in an additional language such as Mandarin/ Vietnamese/ Spanish/ Arabic/ Lebanese/ Greek is valued but not mandatory We welcome applicants that have the below experience and/or a qualification Disability Support Worker Community Services/ Mental Health worker Assistant in Nursing (AIN) Bachelor of Social Work/ Nursing  You could be an experienced Support Worker or even new to the industry coming from experience in customer service, administration, retail, or hospitality.
