About the role Reporting to and working closely with the GM Enterprise, in this diverse role you are responsible for providing comprehensive, effective and confidential administrative support in an efficient and proactive manner including diary management email correspondence, presentations, documentation and reporting.  Your outstanding communication skills will enable you to draft promotional and media content, work on significant grants and tenders that if successful will bring amazing results to our First Nations communities and community members in some of the most remote places in Australia. Your love of customer interaction and excellent IT skills will be further enhanced as you coordinate our social media content and Meta ads for the diverse entities within the Enterprise Division You will enjoy working as part of a team while also independently managing your daily and weekly tasks in a continually varied environment.  You will possess an outstanding work ethic and positive proactive attitude and the ability to maintain meticulous records.
