Counsellor

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified individual to join a dynamic team as a Counsellor for Resolve Services. Our client is a leading organization committed to providing quality counseling and support services, we are looking for a passionate professional who shares their values and is ready to make a positive impact in the community.   Your responsibilities will include providing professional counseling sessions to individuals, families, couples, and children using evidence-based and approved modalities. Conducting thorough safety and risk assessments in line with Resolve Risk Assessment and Management Procedures, you will escalate identified risks and contribute to the development of safety plans.   Actively participating in individual, peer, and group supervision, as well as employee review and development processes, you will demonstrate a commitment to providing services within the framework of the Resolve Practice Framework, policies, and procedures.   Maintaining a dedication to professional development, undertaking approved training, and completing documentation, including case notes, client records, and data collection in a professional and timely manner.   Qualifications & Experience Relevant qualification in counseling or a related field.Demonstrated experience in providing counseling services and facilitating group work programs.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Commitment to ongoing professional development.
