Our Energy division is seeking a Crane Maintenance Coordinator to join our well established and highly supportive team. This role will be based in our  client’s office in the Perth CBD working Monday to Friday.  Responsibilities: Performs the interface between Maintenance, Engineering, Execution and Asset team to facilitate the campaign process.  Responsible for facilitation, development, readiness, scheduling and close out of crane campaign or emergent scope. This role requires strong communication skills as demonstrated through managing and influencing multiple parties across functions to provide timely deliverables to achieve the required outcomes in the maintenance space. Provides direction and support to SPPs to perform assigned maintenance activities. Knowledge of the budget and tracking process (Cost Tracking) Detailed knowledge of CMMS (SAP) workflow process Knowledge of the campaign process to enable successful execution Ability to manage multiple priorities and escalate when required Responsible for delivering crane execution scopes as planned and within budget. Responsible for tracking all crane execution activities against the maintenance process and readiness criteria Track crane maintenance opex budget and identify overspend Responsible for the development and update of the facility execution plans Coordination of emergent crane maintenance activities to support the stability of the planning team.
