About the Team  The engine room of our business, our Supermarket Operations team keeps us moving and delivering our services to all Australians. We empower and support our retail teams across the country, helping them deliver great experiences for our customers every single day. About the Role  This role will design and ideate key initiatives aimed at future proofing store teams and providing teams with the right tools, training and processes.  You will also: Drive research of global, future looking retail trends to identify potential transformative opportunities for the business Oversee development of ideas into fully fledged initiatives covering problem statements, solutions and business cases Partner with other business units to collate ideas, determine viability and manage project pipeline Make strategic recommendations and manage the pipeline of opportunities for future projects Lead and develop a small team of direct reports About you and your skills  You will have: Success in planning and delivery of complex projects preferably within a retail environment Extensive experience in influencing and managing relationships with business stakeholders and leading teams Proven ability to create and drive large scale business transformation  Ability to create strategies and initiatives that balance and integrate best practice, commercial outcome and team member value  Ability to use data and research to identify issues and opportunities and recommend solutions   Take your next step into something bigger, apply now With us it’s not about the discounts (although you do get those), it’s about joining a team where your wellbeing and professional development is our investment and celebrating your contributions is the norm.
