About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative , you will play a key role in our Customer Service Team supporting our customers with their enquiries and ensuring that our customers always receive the highest level of service.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Handling incoming calls and making outbound calls to customers when required
  • Processing orders, payments and maintaining order entry accuracy at all times
  • Respond quickly, professionally, and accurately to customer enquiries

About You

  • Previous experience in Customer service or similar role (hospitality or retail) is a plus, but not required
  • Willingness to provide an exceptional customer experience and learn new skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, writing and attention to detail
  • You have a can-do attitude and like working in a small, tight knit team
