The comprehensive service extends from installation to facilitating government rebates, with a significant focus on reducing energy costs and enhancing sustainability. Engineering Solutions & Services Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time permanent Marketing Specialist to develop and implement marketing strategies aimed at enhancing the company’s visibility and driving sales, particularly in the burgeoning sector of energy-efficient lighting solutions. This role is crucial as the company transitions from being a significant national player to a leader in energy-efficient solutions, leveraging digital marketing to expand its reach across Australia. The Marketing Specialist is expected to achieve several key outcomes, which are critical for the company's growth and market positioning. Firstly, there should be a noticeable increase in online traffic and conversion rates, driven by well-executed digital marketing strategies that effectively target and engage potential customers. This includes leveraging SEO, social media marketing, and content creation to draw in an audience looking for energy-efficient solutions. Secondly, the role aims to enhance the company's brand recognition and solidify its reputation as a leader in the energy-efficient solutions market. Through consistent and innovative marketing efforts, the company should become synonymous with high-quality, sustainable energy products, recognized by both residential and commercial sectors. Lastly, the Marketing Specialist is expected to keep the company at the forefront of industry trends by successfully integrating market trends and customer feedback into ongoing marketing strategies. This involves continuously adapting and refining marketing practices to align with customer needs and preferences, ensuring the company remains innovative and responsive to market dynamics.  Minimum Requirements: Relevant qualification at the level of an Australian Qualifications Framework equivalent Bachelor’s degree or higher. At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a related field. In this role your main responsibilities include: ·      Identify market opportunities by defining market, competitor’s share, and competitor’s strengths and weaknesses, establishing targeted market share. ·    Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance online visibility and drive sales nationwide. ·    Manage the online brand presence to ensure consistency and engagement across all digital platforms. ·    Responsible for the design and delivery of end-to-end marketing and communications strategies ·    Develop and execute branding and promotional activities for product portfolio ·    Support business growth and development through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives, policies and programs ·    Identify market opportunities by defining market, competitor’s share, and competitor’s strengths and weaknesses, establishing targeted market share ·    Execute effective online marketing campaigns aimed at expanding customer reach and increasing online orders. ·    Utilise SEO strategies and analyse online traffic to optimise marketing efforts and improve customer acquisition. ·    Create compelling and relevant content tailored for online platforms to engage a national audience. ·    Oversee the online marketing channel strategies and performance. ·    Manage content creation for the website and social media platforms. ·    Analyse digital marketing data to adjust strategies as needed. ·    Manage the budget for advertising and promotional items ·    Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between online marketing and sales objectives. ·    Stay updated on digital marketing trends and tools that can benefit the online store.
