About the role The Victorian Government established the Labour Hire Licensing Authority (LHA) to introduce a licensing system to regulate the provision of labour hire services across Victoria. The LHA undertakes a range of licensing, compliance and enforcement activities, maintains public registers and conducts research and education in accordance with the Labour Hire Licensing Act 2018 (Vic) (Act). About the role Reporting to the Team Leader, Enquiries and Complaints, this role will support the licensing functions and front-line services in the LHA Licensing Branch. As a front-line professional response person managing both inbound and outbound calls, this role is vital as the first point of contact to the LHA. The Enquiries Officer is responsible for providing high quality and timely diverse range of end-to-end administrative services across all areas of the Authority, with a primary focus on operational support for general business functions plus specific projects. The Enquiries Officer will manage a wide variety of matters and must be able to quickly identify issues and determine the best avenue to assist. About you
