THE ROLE Reporting to the Warranty Manager you will be responsible for the assessment, completion and quality of warranty works within South-East QLD with the majority of works located between the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast. This will involve you conducting the inspection and completing the warranty works required within time and budget to ensure a desired outcome for customers.   This may involve you using your broad range of skills and experience such as:  gyprock repairs & setting   painting  carpentry  door and lock repairs and maintenance   rubbish removal  maintenance experience.  ABOUT YOU To be successful you will have a trade background within the building industry, in a maintenance/handyman capacity.  You will hold relevant qualifications and experience for these duties as well as have exceptional customer service skills.  Applicants with painting, gyprock repairs and setting experience will be highly regarded. Experience with repairs and maintenance carpentry, such as doors and lock repairs are also desirable. You have strong attention to detail, pride in your workmanship,  have excellent time management and organisational skills combined with a flexible and reliable approach.
