About Datamars

An insight to the role

• Provide phone-based customer services support to our rural retail & farming customers across Australia
• Assist customers with product queries and provide product solutions
• Work alongside our production & warehouse teams regarding availability of product
• Proactively work together within a small team to achieve outcomes & support our national sales team

Key success factors

• Professional - articulate - helpful - willing to learn - customer focused
• Competent & accurate data entry skills & attention to detail essential
• Computer literacy - Excel & SAP or other ERP systems experience ideal - but we can teach you!
• Excellent people & communication skills & strong problem-solving ability
• Ability to work under pressure, remain calm & positive in all customer & team communications
• We are open to considering grads; retail sales backgrounds; all sorts of customer service experience
