Description : A bit about you...

  • 6 - 8 years of experience successfully implementing and executing digital marketing campaigns. High-volume retail experience is a key advantage
  • 2+ years of experience leading direct report/s
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement digital marketing campaigns that have been directly attributable to increased revenue
  • Intuitive capability to work within different technology and systems, including up-to-date experience with Google Analytics, CRM, and social media platforms
  • Strong commercial and retail acumen with experience in a promotionally driven environment
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Highly investigative with an appetite for data mining and excellent excel and reporting skills, showing the ability to formulate insightful and digestible reports
  • Naturally creative with a passion for homewares &/or fashion, with a keen aesthetic eye, and understanding of customer-centric marketing
  • Exceptional proof-reader with creative copywriting ability
  • An influencer who is highly personable, confident and with an outstanding ability to develop interpersonal relationships across the business
  • A challenger, with courage to challenge the status quo and a dynamic and pragmatic approach to complex solutions
  • A role model who is hugely credible, with a high degree of integrity, and a relentless enthusiasm to get the best out of people
  • A strong communicator with superb written and oral communication skills
  • Highly developed organisational skills and time management
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to energise others
