Our client are now seeking an experienced Administration Assistant, for a variety of duties in their travel business. This position exists to ensure  an efficient and accurate manner throughout the booking process ensuring the operational success of each trip. Main responsibilities will include; 1.Maintaining accurate MYOB accounting system, including receipting, refunding, applying credits and creating customer and supplier files 2.Assistance with tour documentation preparation – training provided 3.Assistance with uploading tour itineraries to website – training provided 4.Monitoring and actioning admin@ emails 5.Processing general payments 6.Maintaining membership program including recording details on Excel, posting membership packs 7.Monitor and send payment reminders to travellers 8.Any other duties as requested by Supervisor You will need to display; Excellent Customer Service skills, Attention to Detail, Accurate Typing Skills, Accurate Spelling, A working knowledge of MYOB and Microsoft Office, Pleasant Telephone Manner, Team Player Working hours are Monday to Friday, 10am-4pm Right to Work The above position is open only to applicants who have a current right to work in Australia. Applicants who do not have a current right to work In Australia will unfortunately not be considered and are respectfully asked not to apply.
