Ventia are seeking a Document Controller to join their team working across their Sydney Roads and Asset Performance Contract. The successful applicant will be offered a part-time permanent position working in Arndell Park . The Document Controller will be responsible for the storage and distribution of documentation received from all stakeholders and to maintain control and traceability of all documentation from project inception to completion. Benefits Work for an Australian, ASX listed company We invest in YOU – on the job training and upskilling On site parking with an office located next to the M4 Attractive salary and opportunity for career progression Access to VenPerks: discounts on private health insurance, retail, car hire, hotels and more Key Duties and Responsibilities Develop and manage the document and correspondence management function within the project Produce processes, procedures, instructions, and guidelines for team members to follow to ensure consistency in document management Develop and train users in how to use document review workflows to streamline the review process Periodically audit, review and report on all document repositories/documentation statistics and ensure staff are filing correctly About You Ability to work part-time, three set days per week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) Advanced computer skills Experience using Sharepoint, InEight (TeamBinder) and Microsoft Office Experience in Document Management Systems About Ventia Ventia is a leading infrastructure services company, operating across Australia and New Zealand.
