You will achieve sales and profitability goals within the defined territory through effective business planning and development with distribution customers and resellers.Responsibilities include : Manage and support distribution channels to improve performanceNegotiate and implement key reseller business and promotional plansSet and achieve sales budgets and seek out and secure new businessDrive demand at key resellers, distributors and key influencersProvide technical assistance, training and presentations to customers, agronomists and end usersAnalyse and communicate market competitor and customer trends. Requirements Commercially focused, you will be self-motivated, reliable, capable of working unsupervised with highly developed interpersonal and communication skills. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales management and achievement, complemented by exposure to broadacre and horticulture cropping systems. The ability to plan and manage your time and the confidence to negotiate at all levels of the distribution channel would be seen as essential.A salary commensurate with the responsibilities of the role will be negotiated.
