Job Description The Company We are currently working in partnership with our client to find an Accounts Receivable Officer to join a leading Mining Company based in Perth's CBD area on a Full-Time Permanent Basis . The Role Our client is ideally looking for an Accounts Receivable Officer to come on board on a permanent basis to assist with managing the company's receivables, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, and collection of outstanding debts. You will work closely with the finance team and liaise with clients to resolve any payment issues. Key responsibilities include: Preparing and issuing invoices to clients Posting and allocating payments to client accounts Reconciling client accounts and resolving any discrepancies Chasing and collecting overdue payments Responding to client queries regarding invoices and payments Generating regular reports on outstanding debts and collections progress Adhering to relevant policies and procedures The Applicant Minimum 3 years experience in an pure Accounts Receivable role Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent Microsoft Excel skills Accounting software packages exposure  Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the logistics industry will be highly regarded Benefits Flexible working arrangements Opportunities for career development Supportive and inclusive work environment Competitive salary package Apply Today Please apply with your CV today by clicking the ‘Apply’ button.
