DSV Air & Sea in Melbourne are seeking a Customer Service Specialist! The Customer Service Representative plays an integral part in the logistic supply chain, liaising with customers and service providers providing information and problem solving. What you will be responsible for:      Establish strong customer service relationship with customers    Provide customers with service information – including sourcing rates and other DSV Services    Transfer customer calls to appropriate team members    Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system    Follow-up on customer inquires not immediately resolved    Enter data into in-house computer system and produce data/reports as required    Ensures all quotations are created in EDI and Client rates are managed for autorating    Ensure all customer details are maintained and kept up to date    Recommend process improvements About you:    Minimum five years' experience in the Freight Forwarding Industry and within a relevant department    Experience utilising CargoWise One    Excellent verbal and written communication skills Why work with DSV?   Truly global We'll give you 75,000 colleagues in 90 countries all over the world.
