Job Description Hands on Admin and Design, Development and Architecting experience with Objective ECM. · 10+ years of IT experience preferably in ECM Space. · 6+ years hands on experience in solution designer role using Objective ECM. Additional experience in more than 1 OCR solution and ECM solutions are encouraged. · Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology preferred · Strong consulting and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with various organizations in pursuit of problem solutions. · Experience in Implementation, customization and configuration Objective ECM environment · Knowledge developing as well as utilizing web services for transferring data to/from applications · Knowledge in designing and developing user interfaces · Experience in other OCR solutions, Java plugin development is a plus. · Experience in migration is a plus. · Multiple OCR solution exposure is a plus · Strong consulting and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with various organizations in pursuit of problem solutions. Roles and Responsibilities: · Conduct proof of concept trials to evaluate state of the art features of various features of Objective ECM Product Suite. · Push forward the capabilities of Centre of Excellence for Conversion by imparting training and creating reusable constructs and modules to · Implement AI-Driven Cognitive Capture & information Extraction · Integrate applications using pre-built custom connectors, web services and synthetic API methods · Orchestrate processes, automate routine workflows & streamline case management · Enable new use cases for digitization of data using NLP, NER, Sentiment Analysis, Context Extraction, Machine Learning, Microsoft Azure Cloud Services etc. · Create golden structures of reusable code skeletons and project documentation templates to enable quick and easy DiY development of digitization projects by Group Operations staff · Solution design and ensure OCR solution fits the Solution Architecture designed. · Ability to adapt to fast pace development model is crucial. · Participate in design meetings and design decisions. · Work on Estimation and sizing for new proposals · Should be ready to travel Preferred Objective ECM, Navigator, Objective Server, Wildfly, Keycloak, PostgreSQL, ActiveMQ, CloudView, Apryse, Oracle, Java, Oracle RDBMS. Additional Skills: Excellent customer interfacing skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
