What you'll be doing The primary purpose of this position is to provide psychological assessment and interventions for Integrated and Community Health patients. The Clinical Psychologist will also provide services to family members and carers of such patients where required, including bereavement services through a range of interventions including individual and joint consultations, case conferences, group sessions, provision of counselling facilitating practical assistance and referral to community agencies. Team responsibilities include case discussion, appropriate referral on, and a close effective working relationship with the Integrated and Community Health Chronic and Complex multidisciplinary team.
