The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in restaurant and bar management as well as conference and events, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. Responsibilities: Manage all food and beverage operations, including but not limited to: restaurants, bars, conferences, events and room service. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service are consistently maintained. Train, mentor, and supervise staff to deliver exceptional customer service. Create and maintain menus that reflect current culinary trends and meet guest preferences. Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering to minimize waste and maximize profitability. Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to drive business growth and profitability. Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner. Qualifications Previous experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff. Excellent customer service and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of wine, spirits and cocktails along with passion for delivering outstanding food experiences.  Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and inventory effectively.
