The OpportunityCSL is undergoing extensive change as we expand and grow. In addition to contributing to Australia's export economy, CSL has invested and continues to invest in substantial new infrastructure to support CSL's global strategy and provide the network with crucial supply of product sourced from our Broadmeadows facility.Reporting to the Senior Director, HRBP Manufacturing and Supply Chain you will be a member of CSL Behring Australia's leadership group providing strategic HR support to our site head and their leadership group to support the growth trajectory of our successful Australian business.As the main HR strategic partner, you will:Be accountable for all HR deliverables; formulate the site HR strategy and work closely with our site head to support major, short and long term objectivesTake an active role in enhancing our employee engagement and culturePilot our enhanced global workforce strategy and help develop and support the roll out of the global modelHave key deliverables for the overall talent strategy for CSL Behring at Broadmeadows – develop the roadmap that aligns with site strategyOversight and approval of organisation design and maintain alignment with your global peersSupport Industrial Relations and Employee Relations outcomes to enhance the employee experienceTo be suitable for this role:Core capabilities in strategic Business Partnering, Organisational Design and Change ManagementExperience in an industrial environment is desirable, prior experience working with unions and other employee groupsPrior experience operating in matrixed organisation and familiarity of a HR Centre of Excellence modelBachelor's degree in Human Resources / Business or a related fieldApply now to join an Australian success story supporting Australia's largest pharmaceutical manufacturing site!
