Assist the Chief Engineering with managing projects including repairs and replacement of plant and equipment including plumbing, air-conditioning, and electrical. Manage contractor work requests, inductions and follow up on all work assigned. Implement systems to manage risk and environmental impact effectively. Train and develop members of the maintenance / engineering team. Prioritise job requests, assign tasks to the team and follow up on completed jobs as required. Qualifications Superior problem solving skills;  Flexible work attitude;  Excellent customer service skills;   Strong desire to work in a service focussed environment with a pro-active approach; Leadership and communication skills (verbal, written, and computer); Knowledge of Work Health and Safety regulations; Self-motivated approach and interest to developing yourself through courses Additional Information What is in it for you Learning & development opportunities.
