About the role: We are seeking a Lifestyle and Wellbeing Team Leader to join our dynamic team in Logan & Eight Mile Plains. As a team leader, you will play a crucial role in delivering community services with a focus on lifestyle support programs. Your responsibilities will include coordinating, assessing, and reviewing client supports to deliver sustainable lifestyle services. Additionally, you will coordinate social support plans and activities, facilitate social support group activities and outings, provide guidance and orientation for new staff and more. What we are looking for: Qualifications in Diversional Therapy (minimal Diploma) or Certificate IV in Leisure & Lifestyle Outgoing and friendly personality Strong organisational and leadership skills Current Drivers Licence National Police Clearance Current First Aid Certificate Why Join Anglicare?
