The Educational Leader has an influential role and will show effective leadership by inspiring and motivating in a positive, capacity building culture.  The applicant will be able to demonstrate effective reflective practice strategies which ensures best practice and continuous improvement exist at the service. This position is a wonderful opportunity for the successful applicant to create a collegial culture and make an impact in the lives of children and families in the Armstrong Creek community.  Job Details: Title: Educational Leader Location: Armstrong Creek East Children’s Centre: 46-70 Central Boulevard, Armstrong Creek VIC 3217 Total Hours: 38 hours per week You will stand out if you: have experience in a early childhood environment, working within a strength-based and family centred approach desire to develop warm, respectful and positive relationships with staff, children and families a genuine passion in creating a safe, secure and nurturing environment an ability to develop rapport and positive working relationships with stakeholders and families from a broad range of social and cultural backgrounds.
