Campbells is looking for a Stock Controller Superstar. In this Role Keep our shelves stocked and our customers happy by maintaining optimal inventory levels. You'll ensure that stock is always available while managing aged stock and minimizing shrinkage. Champion a safe and secure work environment by following best practices in stock storage and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Be a key player on the store leadership team, working closely with the Branch Manager to monitor stock turns, cycle counts, and stock rotation. You'll also manage discontinued items and help with new product lines. Keep stock holdings within budget, maximize stock profit, and forecast large orders to ensure smooth operations. You’re Likely a Match If Experience with stock management systems and a keen eye for detail. Strong understanding of safety practices and compliance regulations. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate and solve problems before they arise.
