Based in our Tweed Heads office, our Customer Service Liaisons and Senior Customer Service Liaisons, play a vital role in handling administrative tasks and coordinating activities. Your main responsibility will be handling inbound calls as the initial point of contact for participants, families, and the community. Utilise your customer service and problem-solving skills to offer guidance on the NDIS and other supports in our service regions. Your work will include: Proficiently explain NDIS to individuals, families, and the community, fostering understanding. Facilitate access to NDIS information, addressing inquiries and ensuring privacy in daily recordkeeping. Guide and assist participants over the phone in developing options and building capacity for self-management Streamline day-to-day LAC activities, ensuring optimal service volumes and KPI achievements. Efficiently schedule appointments for program participants, maintaining organized LAC schedules. Implement effective rostering for services, ensuring resource optimization and continuity of care What we're looking for: Proven experience in high-volume scheduling and call center environments. Exceptional technology proficiency and internet skills. Positive and respectful communicator with strong written, verbal, and listening skills Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and high client expectations. Demonstrated high-level computer literacy (Outlook, Word, Excel). Maintains a positive and respectful attitude under high demands and time pressures. Excels in effective communication, including exceptional telephone techniques. Dedication to upholding Feros Care values and NDIS core pillars.
