About the roleNational Parks and Wildlife Service has a unique opportunity for an Assistant Branch Coordinator to work as part of the Fire & Incident Operations Branch and contribute towards the conservation of the natural environment, flora, fauna and Aboriginal heritage of NSW.The role contributes to the coordination of diverse financial and administrative support and other related services for the Fire & Incident Operations Branch to support efficient day to day operations of the Branch. About youTo be successful, you will have experience in providing a range of support services including: Budget monitoring, reporting and analysisUsing and maintaining effective administrative support systems, guidelines, protocols and proceduresAdministrative coordination and mailbox managementSupporting the coordination of branch-wide projects and events Key knowledge and experience Experience in the provision of administrative, financial, purchasing, accounting, and other related support services with the capacity to research and analyse data to contribute to the development, implementation and maintenance of appropriate support systems and procedures.
