This is an exciting opportunity to work with and influence our Digital Customer Analytics Direction.

The Digital Analytics Manager is responsible for supporting DC&CED and the wider Bureau with insights gained from analysis of the engagement, satisfaction and customer behaviours across the number 1 website and mobile app in Australia.

The manager will utilise cloud tools and large data sets to find opportunities for optimising the customer experience and create models to test the effectiveness of different courses of action.

The ideal person for this role will have a track record of successfully implementing and operating customer digital analytics hub and deliver actionable insight that improve the customer experience.

Along with digital analytics expertise, the role requires an experienced team leader who can motivate and guide staff and manage a large and diverse portfolio of work.
