Social Media Coordinator (Marketing)

We are seeking a self-motivated and attentive Social Media Coordinator to join our innovative and growing brand/marketing team.

You will focus on developing and implementing a social media strategy for all of our brands to increase our online presence and help drive conversion across our social channels. As well as be involved in the planning and organising of the social calendars, in addition to maintaining the influencer roster.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop a strong social media strategy and plan in line with our broader marketing calendar to grow our social media presence and increase brand awareness
  • Manage and implement the social media strategy across multiple digital platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and others
  • Collaborate with the Digital Content Manager and Digital Content Creator to create on-brand and engaging content across our social media channels including posts, stories, reels, and videos
  • Interact and respond to customers and influencer enquiries through social media
  • Influencer partnerships - Reach out and connect with influencers and stylists to create high quality, engaging content
  • Monitor and report on the performance of social media platforms including conversion, revenue, traffic, and growth
  • Schedule social media and EDM content across all brands according to the content calendar
  • Proactively seek opportunities for growing the online community
  • Report to the Head of Brand, eCommerce & CX weekly
  • Work closely with the Head of Brand, eCommerce and CX, Digital Content Manager and Digital Content Creator
  • Work closely and collaboratively with our creative ad agency to amplify our brand identity

To be successful you will have :

  • A degree marketing, communications or similar (not essential, but preferred)
  • Previous experience in a similar role (not essential, but preferred)
  • The ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines
  • The ability to forward plan and be highly organised
  • The ability to work positively and effectively as part of a team as well as autonomously
  • An extensive understanding of various social channels, such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Acute attention to detail
  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • Professional communication skills to represent our brand in all day-to-day communications both internally and externally
