This role covers a broad range of administrative and student coordination support and customer service. This position is located at the Fremantle campus and reports to the Professional Practice Coordinator.   Key Responsibilities Provide effective and efficient administrative support within the School of Nursing and Midwifery Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes and organise correspondence for meetings Work accurately with detailed information; including data entry, maintaining spreadsheets, managing correspondence, collating data for report and under direction prepare a range of written communication. Provide excellent customer service to students and University stakeholders, ensuring timely communication when responding to queries Support and maintenance of internal databases and registers and management of day-to-day requirements of the School.  Assisting the Professional Practice Coordinator and Senior Administrative Officer with the administration of policies, procedures, guidelines and forms. Liaise with various leaders across the School, University departments, and external stakeholder to ensure collaboration and compliance. ABOUT YOU Completion of a diploma level qualification, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training. Demonstrated administrative experience, preferably in tertiary or other education sectors. Demonstrated competency in various software packages including the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio), Adobe, In-Design, and timetabling programs (Allocate, Sonya). Highly developed communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with tact and discretion, with a wide range of people both internal and external to the University. Ability to exercise initiative and judgment as appropriate, and work in a flexible and dynamic environment with competing priorities to meet deadlines. Ability to collaborate across multifunctional teams, providing a high level and responsive service.
