Job Description Join a privately-owned, well-established company providing the installation, maintenance and repair of commercial refrigeration equipment, servicing clients across Brisbane for over 25 years. This is a full time, permanent opportunity to join the administration team, based from their office in Brisbane's Inner Southern Suburbs. Primary Objective As the Administration and Accounts Officer you will have a diverse role including customer service, accounts payable / receivable duties and data entry of client's jobs. You will also have exceptional customer service skills and enthusiasm to support the companies busy team of Service Technicians. This is a position best suited someone who is proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs, accounting software (MYOB online) and database management systems, (SimPRO) demonstrates exceptional communication skills and a strong attention to detail. You will also provide a high level of general administrative support to the office including: Answering incoming calls, providing customer support and assistance Accurate data entry for invoicing, accounts payable and accounts receivable preparation (MYOB Online) Allocating of jobs and tasks within job management software(SimPro) where required Use internal data management systems and CRMs to log job details and raise job orders (SimPRO) Coordination of incoming/progress jobs and invoiced jobs with Service and Project managers to ensure timely completion and actioning of all customer enquiries Experience with accounts payable and payroll is preferred but not essential Compliance management tasks including but not limited to employee licensing management/reminders, vehicle servicing recording/reminders, customer induction issuing through various induction management systems General and ad hoc administrative support duties as required Benefits This is a key role within the team where your contributions to the business will be highly valued and rewarded.
